Bell Tower Mosaics

This week St. George has been blessed to have an expert craftsman from Mellini Art Glass & Mosaics of Florence, Italy visiting our new building.  Despite the cold weather, he has successfully installed two stunning hand-crafted mosaics, each standing 12' tall and 4' wide, on our bell towers at the entrance of the new church.  On the right of the entrance is St. Raphael of Brooklyn, patron saint of the Antiochian Orthodox Church Archdiocese of North America, and on the left is the patron saint of our parish, St. George.  We are humbled to have such tremendous artisans working on this project for our church.
